Ok here is where we get a little specific as to what control you really do have with the ezy-Website solution:

STANDARD FEATURES:
All ezy-Website solutions come standard with the following.

  • Design Flexibility:
    • Multiple CSS sheets to create the look thats right for you.
    • Apply styles to any element of your website and either re-use for all pages / sections or create individual styles per page / section.
    • Header / Footer / Content sections of the website ready for you to edit.
    • Create conditional (browser specific), and media/rule based (print, tv, handheld) style sheets.
      • Browser rules based on a browser type, not every version of that browser, with the exception of IE7.
  • ezy-Admin:
    • This is the driving force behind your website and gives you all of the easy tools to manage your site.
    • Create user access to your admin so that only people in your organisation who you trust can make changes to your website
    • Utilise the online file / document storage for your website content or to share sensitive documents between colleagues.
    • Create a "Members Only" area (like our Development Team area) to share privileged information or documents between members.
    • All user access areas come standard with a Password Reminder script for those that forget or loose theirs. (combined with a members only area this really can save a lot of time and hassle.
    • Flexible screen size. Suitable for screen resolutions 800x600 or greater, works best from 1024x768 or larger.
  • Page - Content Flexibility:
    • Using a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor you have control over all basic page formatting. Including:
      • Cut / Paste / Copy functions
      • Spell Check (new feature really cool although works in IE only at the moment)
      • Find replace
      • Standard font control - bold, underline, italic, super/sub script, colour, background colour, alignment, bullet points, size, font, style etc...
      • Create links to external/internal pages/sites
      • Create anchor links
      • Insert images (select from your online file manager or import on the fly)
      • Add tables
      • Insert forms
      • Insert re-usable content (a unique system to re-use content and update content over many pages from the one location)
      • For those who are technically minded you can still edit the source code if required
      • Customise your own meta tags per page
      • You can use Flash Movies within your pages or page headers
      • Custom header per page / section
    • Create unlimited new sections.
      • Each section can have its own pages, events, articles, links, document manager, forms and re-usable content
    • Create unlimited child / parent pages allowing your site to grow as large / small as it needs to be.
    • Navigation is auto generated based on the number of pages you need. Navigation includes all sections, pages, child pages and a breadcrumb navigation for the user so they can easily browse your site.
  • ezy-Forms:
    • Easily create online enquiry forms to suit any need you may have.
      • Designate required fields
      • Has error protection to assist with forms being filled out how you want
      • Create your own multi drop down entries
      • Database all forms filled out correctly for later (or online) reference
      • Have the successful form emailed to your desired email address (without that address ever being made public)
      • Create your own auto responder per form
    • Insert your ezy-Form onto any page you like throughout your website with a simple click of the button.
    • Where needed you can have multiple ezy-Forms on the same page.
  • ezy-Articles:
    • Create your own news / media releases on site.
    • Have your articles publish based on date, that way you can organise your content days/weeks in advance knowing that your site will keep on changing even though you are not there.
  • ezy-Events:
    • Do you have events in your business ? or would you like to promote events in your local area? Easily add an event and its date/dates and then it will appear your site waiting for you.
  • SEO Friendly:
    • We understand that most people don't know how SEO works (SEO by the way is Search Engine Optimisation) so ezy-Website has been designed to be inherently SEO friendly.
    • You can adjust each page to achieve maximum results in the search engines without having to read every newsletter on SEO to get it right.
    • SEO friendly urls, never again will your site be designated as just dynamic content and ignored by some search engines.
    • GOOGLE FRIENDLY: Google Analytics, Webmaster tools, XML Sitemap all built in and automated.
  • Browser Friendly:
    • Ok so this is not a big issue to most people, but making sure that your site can be viewed in all browsers (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera, Netscape, Mozilla, Safari, etc...) means that if your target audience is using a less well known browser to surf the web they will appreciated the effort you have made. We are still looking for Mac Testers if you wish to contact us.
    • The administration system works in the 2 top browsers today (Internet Explorer and Firefox)

    • Stock (inventory) control with option for back order - or remove product when there is no stock left.

      • Real Office database maintains information for prospects, clients and affiliates (contacts)
      • Maintain customer phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, calendared reminders, and more
      • Search, edit and add new contacts anytime
      • Create email templates to send out to the entire database or to an individual.
      • Track emails sent, and when the contact opened them
      • Track order process and advise client via auto email of status
      • Auto Reports to track Sales, by price, item, location, referrer, over given dates.
  • Employment Ads:
    • Specifically designed for recruiting companies but can be just as useful for larger firms who always have multiple job offerings.
  • "NEW" Tourism Availability:
    • Designed for Tourism businesses initially this allows you to publish and easily control available dates for Bookings online. Can be extended to online reservations, ticketing, and invoicing (integrated with eCommerce) if required.
